Makeup Artist & Hair Stylist Hi! I am Kayla Balkin. I am a licensed esthetician and professional makeup artist based in Gaithersburg, MD.
There is nothing I love more than making women feel confident and beautiful! I have experience in Bridal Makeup, Engagement Shoots, Bat Mitzvah, Homecoming, Prom, Date Night, as well as Commercial and Editorial Photoshoots. I also offer light hair styling such as blow drying, straightening, and curling. I take all health & safety precautions while working on clients. I am happy to drive to your location for your convenience!

It was 80 degrees on Reyna’s wedding day and it was an out door wedding so I made sure to use mattfiying products and really locked in her complexion by pressing in loose powder with a puff. And of course sealing it all in with the setting spray 🤌🏼 Kept the glow on the cheeks with my fave ReDimension Hydra Powder Blush in the shade Sangria ✨

While I love my brides and doing wedding makeup, I have a special place in my heart for doing hair and makeup all the mama’s and soon to be mama’s for newborn and maternity shoots 🥹 Because I get to hear so many stories and be reminded of how amazing and strong women really are! 👏🏼 And of course make them feel beautiful and special in this exciting but tiring and often trying time in their lives ❤️❤️🩹
