PRP, exosomes, stem cells and Muse cells get lumped together. They aren't the same thing.

PRP is platelet-rich plasma, prepared from your own blood during your visit — drawn, spun, reintroduced. Nothing is added. We use it for joint injections: knees, shoulders, elbows.

Exosomes are extracellular vesicles, the packages cells use to signal one another. Ours come from umbilical cord lining, and they're used both for joints and as a systemic infusion.

MSC therapy uses mesenchymal stem cells from umbilical cord blood.

Muse cells are a distinct cell type again, with their own literature.

The masseter is the muscle that closes your jaw, and for its size it's one of the strongest in the body. When it contracts hard all night — and stress reliably makes that worse — you wake up with a tight jaw, sore temples, and a headache that starts at the sides of your head rather than the front.

A neurotoxin placed in the masseter reduces how hard that muscle can contract. Not paralyzed. You chew normally and you talk normally. It simply stops overworking while you're asleep.
