❤️ We are so excited to support Olivia Siracusa as she prepares for her mission trip to Savannah this June with her youth group! This is going to be such a special experience for her, and we would love your help getting her there.

Update on Samantha & Ella 💛

I have some wonderful news to share!

Samantha has been working incredibly hard over the past two months and has managed to pay for her hotel room entirely on her own during that time. Yesterday, she was finally able to move in with a friend from work. She and Ella now have their own room and no longer have to pay $450 a week for a hotel. Such a huge blessing!

Right now, the most immediate need is a full size bed and mattress. Her room will fit a full, and she and Ella can finally sleep comfortably together again like they always have.

The salon is planning to provide new sheets, pillows, and blankets, so all she needs is the bed and mattress.

Despite facing serious health challenges including optic neuritis, a brain aneurysm, spinal stenosis, and EDS, Samantha continues to push through and work every day to provide for her daughter. She recently had a difficult flare up and missed a week of work, so sleeping on the floor is especially tough right now.

She still hopes to get back to Gaston County, but for now she is planning to stay where she is for the next few months, continue working, and save money. Her goal is to be able to get a car so she can regain independence and stability without having to rely on deliveries and the added expense that comes with that.

If anyone has a full size bed or mattress they would be willing to donate, it would mean so much. If you would prefer to contribute toward purchasing one, that would also be deeply appreciated. We are actively checking Marketplace to find something in good condition at an affordable price.
