Hydrating the skin and increasing blood flow!

I like to apply a face oil to do this, it helps the stone glide better on the skin.

Here I am using- The Ordinary 100% Organic Cold-Pressed Rose hip Seed Oil (purchased at Sephora)

I love doing this routine 2-3 times a month (specially straight out of the shower, the skin is still damp and will absorb the oil better). It helps tighten the skin, hydrate it, increase blood flow for a more plum and glowy look, it also helps relieve tension on the jaw and headaches.
