I have been intermittent fasting for 5 years and know that it is an absolute game changer!!! Funny thing is when I bring it up to other people, they get really squirmy when I tell them you don’t eat for like 16 hours and you eat for like 8 hours. I know the timeframe changes for those experienced and can be different. It is just what I have used to help me release over 100 pounds in 7 months and now keep it off for 4.5 years!!!
What if I could show you a way to utilize intermittent fasting and not have to experience the suck that comes along with it and get to EAT real food too!!

Where do you gain your inspiration? Today, I’m inspired by the song "Lose Yourself" as this was the first rap song got ever be nominated and won a Grammy. Because of this song, it paved the way for others to win this award. Do yourself a favor and listen to this song, sorry for the lyrics on some parts if you happen to click on the explicit version. Isn’t life an adventure? If someone would’ve told me I’d be drinking and sharing Ketones and running a Ketone coaching business with my wife 5 years ago, I wouldn’t believe it. When a life changing drink and community walk into your life, you have no other choice than to pay it forward. It’s nice to know that reality can be far greater than your wildest dreams. Mushroom Cauliflower Skillet
INGREDIENTS LIST FOR THE GARLIC BUTTER MUSHROOMS AND CAULIFLOWER
4 tablespoons unsalted butter (or ghee)
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 onion, chopped
1/2 head cauliflower, cut into florets
1 pound (500 g) mushrooms, cleaned
2 tablespoons low sodium vegetable stock
1 teaspoon fresh thyme leaves, chopped
2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
4 cloves garlic, minced
Salt and pepper, to taste
DIRECTIONS
1. To make the sauteed cauliflower and mushrooms skillet: Heat the butter and oil in a large pan or skillet over medium-high heat. Sauté the onion until softened (about 3 minutes).
2. Add the mushrooms and cook for about 4-5 minutes on all sides. Make sure the mushrooms render as much moisture as possible. Brown them a little more if necessary, to avoid the side dish becoming soggy at the end. Keep an eye on it so they don’t burn either 😉
3. Once mushrooms are well browned, add cauliflower florets. Cook until golden and crispy on the edges, about 8-10 minutes. Veggies must be well browned.
4. Pour in the vegetable stock and cook for 2 minutes, to reduce the sauce slightly.
5. Add thyme, 1 tablespoon of parsley, and garlic. Cook the mushrooms and cauliflower for half a minute, until fragrant. Season generously with salt and pepper, to taste, sprinkle with remaining parsley, and serve the garlic butter mushrooms and cauliflower skillet immediately. Enjoy!

Extra! Extra! Read all about it! The reviews are in and Ronica says before this simple drink found me, I was kind of a mess and didn’t really realize the extent of it. I was severely overweight and grumpy. I had chronic fatigue and wasn’t present for my family. I was depressed, anxious and my coping mechanism was broken. I had lost hope and confidence. The relationships with my husband and kids was suffering.
Since this drink and this amazing community entered my life, I am living a truly happy and fulfilled life. I have energy to do the things that I need and want to do. I’m present with my family and relationships have been restored. I feel less anxious, and my coping mechanism has been repaired! I no longer shut myself off at things that make me feel upset. I am able to figure out a solution. No more brain fog! I can think clearly. I have found hope and confidence!! My life and the lives of my husband and kids has been forever changed. I have found myself, and I’m living again!! And, I’m down 95 pounds!! I’m forever thankful! God really does give us some of the most unexpected gifts. ❤️
What I’m most excited about moving forward is being able to truly live. I’m excited about growing and becoming the best version of myself.
