Here at the office we have been playing a little game over the past few months. We started with 3 gnomes that we hid all over the office for each other to find. Now we are up to an unknown number thanks to the contribution from a lovely client!

I have had a lot of questions about what the heck Intraoral Massage is.
Intraoral massage is a specialized technique that works the muscles of the jaw, cheeks, and face from both inside and outside the mouth. By accessing muscles that can't be reached through traditional massage, this treatment can help reduce TMJ discomfort, ease tension headaches, decrease teeth grinding and clenching, and improve jaw mobility.
A licensed massage therapist has to complete a 16 hour continuing education class in order to get this endorsement and we are lucky enough to have a therapist who is able to offer this great modality. Nikolas has the Intraoral endorsement and is ready to help you, if you've been living with jaw tension, you might be surprised by how much relief is hiding in these small but hardworking muscles.

Summer is for adventures, sunshine, and making memories—don't forget to balance the fun with the rest and recovery your body deserves.
I shoveled A LOT of gravel over the weekend which led to A LOT of blisters on my soft massage therapist hands.
When that happens, band-aids don't do the trick to completely protect the practitioner or the client. So we have to glove up.
When you have had tension headaches for three weeks, and your therapist delivers the most thorough neck, shoulder and jaw work you have ever had...

Yesterday was our therapist Jessica's last day at our clinic.
Heartbreaking for us all but we wish her the very best on her new ventures.
She left me a little gift - 50 small pineapples all spread around my massage room for me to find when I came in this morning. I just about cried ❤️
