LMAO as much as im joking I also ....am not because those actually are all the rolls im currently playing

I am such a creature of my clean organized environment, habit and routine so this has all been reallllllly hard for me. I am trying so hard to sneak in some deeps breath where I can to feel normal

But this also feels like the quantum leap of a lifetime and I know it's all a BIG FAT TEST! And the struggle is only temporary. (If you're like "tf is a quantum leap" go look it up)

Trying to be present whilst also wishing for a fast forward button 😂

Nobody really talks about going from making a GREAT salary to.....not.

And how long the process of settling and rebuilding actually takes 🥲 not only career wise - but your people, your places etc

It's in those quiet moments of reflection that you can find so much gratitude for the journey of where you came from to where you're going next

Still workin on the 90lbs thing, but here's what I eat after acupuncture

bc Chinese medicine encourages WARM NOURISHING FOODS!

This soup slaps:
- onion, garlic, ginger
- chicken bone broth
- ground bison
- potatoes, swisschard, zucchini
- lil GF soy sauce, lil umami seasoning

I obviously cant guarantee this will help you hit your weight loss goals, but it is delicious😂
