✂️Using too many actives: Your skin can not handle a ton of active ingredients at once. Introduce a new active gradually to prevent irritation.
✂️Sleeping in makeup: (some) Makeup is comedogenic, keeping it on throughout the night can cause your skin to breakout, not to mention, premature aging.
✂️Consuming too much shellfish: Shellfish has iodine & if you are acne prone, it can trigger acne.
✂️Not cleaning skincare tools: Any tools with bristles should be cleaned after each use, dried & stored appropriately. If not, bacteria will form & your skin will suffer!!
