Regular massage isn’t a luxury — it’s maintenance.💆🏼‍♀️✨

💧Hydration + Massage = Better Results

🔘Massage increases circulation & moves toxins out of your muscles — but your body needs water to finish the job!

🔘Drink plenty of fluids before & after your session to help your body flush out waste & reduce post-massage soreness.

💧Your muscles will thank you!

🪫Don’t just recharge your phone, recharge yourself this week!🔋
🗓️Appointments available Wednesday & Thursday.
🗓️Very limited availability this Saturday!
