Deep Tissue Massage
Should not cause your Muscles Seize up Limited Range of motion pain.
There maybe some discomfort slight soreness
But should not be causing you to not be able to move without excessive pain and stiffness
If you experience this the Therapist did not apply Deep tissue correctly they just Bruised you!
