🍂 A little fall fun, a lot of community, and a whole lot of purpose! ❤️

We had a wonderful time bringing Acceptional Things to the Scott Libby Elementary PTA Fall Festival!

For us, these events are about so much more than selling soap. They’re about showing up, building relationships, supporting Litchfield ESD schools, and sharing what happens when we create opportunities for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

Every conversation, every purchase, and every new connection helps us continue building something bigger.

💛 It’s Never Been About the Soap. 🧼

Well, okay… maybe a little about the soap. 😉

But when we started Acceptional Things, our dream wasn’t simply to make great products.

It was to create opportunities.

Opportunities to learn new skills. To discover talents. To experience the pride of a job well done. To be part of a team. To contribute. To belong.

Because for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities, opportunities like these aren’t always easy to find.

Every bottle filled, every label placed, and every bar wrapped represents something bigger than the product itself.

It’s about purpose. It’s about possibility. It’s about being seen for what you CAN do, not what you can’t.

And someday, we hope the work we’re doing at Acceptional Things will help grow something even bigger at Acceptional Acres—a community where home, work, friendship, and belonging come together.

So yes, we make soap. And we’re pretty proud of it!

But it’s never really been about the soap. It’s about the people. 💛
