We should listen...our bodies are telling us what they need to heal. It is our job to learn to understand.
I am in constant awe of the complexities of our amazing bodies, and their ability to heal themselves. I never tire of learning more about the body and of new ways to assist in its healing process.

My family is my everything. My husband and I have known each other since we were kids and have been married since 2001. He is my best friend and together we have two beautiful daughters. I moved my business to my home over 3 years ago to be more available to my family between appointments. It has been an amazing blessing to be home.

*We recently played musical rooms, and are in the middle of upgrading our gates to be automatic. This has put me in a state of remodeling my work space and I am looking forward to showing off the finished product.
