Reid's Barbershop

Charlie Crosno's journey at Reid's Barbershop began in 1965-66 as an apprentice. Following his apprenticeship, he joined Kirk Reid as a barber. The two formed a lasting friendship, working together for 45 years until Kirk's passing. Charlie's commitment to Reid's spanned an impressive 54 years. He was a man of remarkable character, whose presence had a profound impact on those around him. Charlie's role extended far beyond that of a barber; he was a friend, mentor, and father figure to many. His love for his work and his humor continue to inspire us. We at Reid's are deeply saddened by the passing of our beloved barbershop icon. Charlie's impact on our business and the community is immeasurable. Charlie, you will be deeply missed, and we are grateful for the time we shared with you.

We are saddened to learn of the passing of Ken Medford, a truly remarkable individual who made significant contributions to our community and was a faithful member of the Reid's team. His remarkable journey, which began as a shoe shine boy and evolved into a distinguished barber, was characterized by his captivating charm and unwavering professionalism, earning him the admiration of people across generations. Our established barbershop, located at 11541 S. Saginaw, Grand Blanc, is seeking experienced, licensed barbers to join our team. We currently have 7 barbers on staff and are looking to expand. Please apply in person.
