Hello Friends,
YOu may have received a message from LeRouge Salon telling of our recent covid exposure. Those of you who may have been exposed at the salon have been contacted by us personally. For everyone else, we wanted to let you know that some of our staff have tested positive for the virus. Following the safest protocols, Crissy has closed the salon pending nasal swab tests for all of the staff. Those tests have since taken place and only those stylists and support staff who test negative will be allowed to return. If anyone tests positive, they will follow CDC recommended isolation procedures before returning to the salon. Thankfully, Caroline and I have tested negative with both the nasal swab test and the rapid blood sample test. We will be back at the salon Wednesday, Sep 23 as scheduled. We feel confident that these protocols, along with our continued in-salon disinfection activities, will keep everyone safe when they visit LeRouge. Thanks for your patience and understandng while we work to keep everyone safe. If you have any questions, please feel free to call.

There are a few changes that we need to communicate to you to insure your safety, our safety and to adhere to the State of Michigan salon policy guidelines.
Your stylist will be in touch with you in the next few days if you have an existing scheduled appointment. If you haven’t heard from someone please contact them or the salon to schedule future appointments. Please, be patient and kind as we are trying to accommodate 3 months of appointments.
•Arrive to your appointment on time, and wait for a signal (via text,call or 👋) to come into the salon.
Please enter the salon wearing a face covering, or mask. Keep in mind, it may get wet or get color on it, so please don't wear a fancy one. If for any reason you are unable to mask-up, please
schedule your appointment after the State of Michigan guidelines for salons have relaxed to the point of no longer have to wear face coverings. Le Rouge Salon & Beauty Bar team will also be wearing face coverings. Le Rouge Salon & Beauty Bar reserves the right to not service a customer not wearing a face covering. We will be following exact face covering and sanitation guidelines, and want our customers to understand we have waited patiently for our re-opening and will not jeopardize our health, or our guests health. Minor children may be accompanied by an adult. ONLY guests who have appointments can enter the salon. Sorry, no friends or visitors at this time.
•Temperature check will be the the entry of the salon along with hand sanitizer. If you have a fever your appointment will need to be rescheduled.
Temporarily, we will not be serving coffee, water, or beverages. Feel free to bring something along with you. Also, magazines will not be available, so bring your phone and reading materials to your appointment.
•We have been certified with Barbicide cleaning and sanitation procedures. Le Rouge Salon & Beauty Bar has always been aware of state regulations, however, we have increased our procedures. There will be sanitization of all equipment and surfaces between each guest, and our team will be working with only one guest at a time to allow for proper spacing.
•Our Lobby will be closed to seating and we will ask for you to allow our service coordinators to select your products of choice for you. This will allow us to minimize the amount of hands touching products. We will process your retail selections, and process your sale while you are in your stylist’s chair rather than the lobby.
•We ask if you have recently been sick or having symptoms, or any of your other contacts have been sick, please do not enter the building.

HI Everyone. As you probably know, the salon is reopening the week of June 15. We will be calling all of you soon to get you rescheduled. To keep everyone safe the following guidelines will be in place:
1. When you get to the salon, please check in by phone from your car. We will let you know when our work station is sanitized and its OK to come in.
2. Bring in only your phone and method of payment.
3. Your temp will be checked at the door.
4. Where a mask please.
5 Sanitize your hands at the front desk.
6. Only clients receiving services (or their care-givers) will be allowed in the salon.

Hi Everyone. Hope everyone remains safe. Crissy has been working hard getting the salon ready to safely re-open. Some of the things we'll be doing I'm sure you've already heard about. We'll be serving 1 client per stylist at a time. Chairs are separated the appropriate distance. Shields will be in place where practicle. Our stations/chairs/equipment will be sanitized between clients. We'll ask you to check in from your car and we'll let you know when its OK to enter. Temp checks at the door. And of course, face masks for all. This is not a complete list but it gives you some idea of how we'll be able to re-open safely. Lets all hope that on June 11 we'll get the go ahead. We miss seeing you!

They include your custom blended color, application brush, gloves and directions. $45. Porch delivery. Let us know. Hopefully covid virus will continue to decline. As soon as the governor lets us know how/when we will be allowed to operate, we’ll be calling you to set up your appointment. We miss all of you😊

Looks like we’re closed til May 28. Rest assured, we have a list of all of you who have appointments and as soon as we have a firmer opening date, we’ll contact you to have your new growth retouched and those bangs out of your eyes. We still have color kits available if you want to touch up your new growth at home. They include your custom mixed color, applicator brush, gloves and directions. Porch delivery. The kits will keep for 14 days if you can’t apply it right away. $45.
There’s a new ad for Lincoln automobiles talking about enjoying “sanctuary”. We like that word better than quarantine. So enjoy your sanctuary! We miss all of you!
