☕️New Tea Blend: Linden + Tulsi (Holy Basil) 🌿

This caffeine-free blend is truly a hug in a mug. Linden is gently calming, soothing, and nourishing to the nervous system, digestion, and respiratory tract, while Tulsi is a powerful adaptogen that helps the body manage stress, supports immunity, and promotes mental clarity—without stimulation.

Benefits may include:
• Stress relief & relaxation
• Immune & respiratory support
• Heart health & circulation support
• Digestive soothing
• Antioxidant & anti-inflammatory support

How I Brew It:
• Heat water on the stove, then remove from heat
• Add 1 tsp tea per 8 oz hot water
• Cover and steep at least 10 minutes
• Sweeten with honey or your favorite sweetener, if desired
Tip: For extra soothing (especially for throat or digestion), let it steep longer or enjoy it cooled.
Cautions:
Linden should be used in moderation, especially for those with heart conditions. Tulsi may interact with blood-thinning or blood-sugar medications. If pregnant or nursing, consult a healthcare provider before regular use.
Calming, grounding, and deeply supportive—this blend is made for busy, real-life days 🌱

🌹🌺 Rosehip, Hibiscus & Cinnamon Tea 🌿
A beautifully tart and warming blend that supports immune health, circulation, and digestion. Rosehips and hibiscus are rich in antioxidants, while cinnamon adds warmth and blood-sugar support.
Simple Tea Recipe:
• 1 tsp dried rosehips (lightly crushed)
• 1 tsp dried hibiscus
• 1 small cinnamon stick (or ¼ tsp cinnamon chips)
• Hot water (not boiling)
Steep 6–8 minutes, strain, and enjoy.
Cautions:
Hibiscus may lower blood pressure and isn’t recommended during pregnancy. Cinnamon should be used in moderation. If you’re on medication, start with small amounts and see how your body responds.
Bright, cozy, and nourishing—perfect for daily sipping 🌿✨

Hey there, friends! Some of you know that I enjoy making herbal teas and products.

About eight years ago, I went through a year, long herbal intensive and learned some of the basics with herbs. Since then, I’ve used herbs for wellness in my home with my family and even shared some with friends. This past summer, I had the pleasure in participating in The Downtown Farmer’s Market, it was crazy and fun so here I am building on that to see how this may unfold. 🌿🌸

I thought I would start off with a fun, like and share my page drawing.
