Did you know that black women only account for 1% of Professional Engineers? We’re excited for you to meet our first I’m Possible! panelist, Ansley Morrow, who is the 1% of Minority & who is H.E.R. 💕

Meet Ansley Morrow:

“Hi everyone, I am Ansley Morrow, an engineer in training in the design field of civil engineering. I am also the founder of H.E.R Beauty, LLC, and a rising philanthropist that focuses on gender equity and women empowerment. My overall goal in life is to help make everything beautiful, whether it is helping women feel beautiful mentally through empowering messages, physically through the use of H.E.R Beauty’s cosmetics, helping elderly men and women with their everyday needs as a caregiver or even; making improvements within our society as a civil engineer. While pursuing a degree in engineering, I have gained various design experiences, one being; a certification in Interior Decorating from the International Association of Professions Career College, in 2020. Another experience I’ve gained is working with Texas’ Department of Transportation on their implementation of variable speed limits throughout the state.
In the present stage of my career, I am working as a roadway designer and I also am working to help give back to communities. My goal is to start being an aid for youth, being an open arms for girls who are young and may be in need of something else in their life whether it’s financal or emotional support. One way I’d discuss this is by being that “example” of possibilities.”
