As a barber, we tend to grab the quickest option, which naturally gravitates us to fast food restaurants due to not meal prepping and eating/cooking Whole Foods. This video is a great example of things that you don’t know, that just got revealed to you.

The good ole days! Life was simple, bills were less, experience was lacking (compared to where I am today), energy was higher, my beard was still all black, talk about youth 😂

I haven’t truly Power Cleaned in over 15 years. It’s just not a lift I do since I’m no longer an athlete. Something got into me today to challenge myself at a lift I haven’t done in forever. I’m way ahead of where I thought I would be but I do squat and deadlift every other day 🤣…..anyway, “nobody cares keep working” 🏋🏿♂️🏋🏾♂️

🗣PSA to all barbers! Take care of your chair the same way you take care of your clients. If it wasn’t for your chair, you and your clients would both be tired from standing 😆
This chair is an antique barber/dentist chair that I acquired from a good friend about 8 years ago. It was contructed in 1945. Just like older model houses and cars, it was built to LAST! It’s one of the few barber chairs that still need engine oil to function 😅
Side note: when I took this chair in the manufacture, the guy who owns the warehouse told me he has been running barber equipment warehouses since 1978. When he saw my chair, he said, he had never seen anything like it! He confirmed that it is a dual dentist/barber chair. He also swears that it is older than the 1945 date that I was informed about. Hundreds of years ago, barbers used to be doctors, surgeons and dentist all at the sametime, so that isn’t too surprising! This Dude said my chair might be from the 1800’s 😱
