I don't have all the answers; science continues to change many concepts, but I'm willing to work with you to bring relief or just relaxation.

I love watching movement. Here you will see the difference between a Pro and an amateur...in this case one who is learning and will develope his skills as he continues to practice. The Pro developes a skill to move at the joint and not the muscle. In this case the Pro doesn't use his entire arm to cut the tomatoe, he only uses his wrist.
