Somewhere along the way, many of us become who everyone else needs us to be.
The reliable one.
The strong one.
The one who never stops.
But underneath all of those roles is still you.
The version that feels calm.
The version that isn't rushing.
The version that doesn't have to earn rest.
Rooted Mist was created as a simple ritual to help support those moments of coming back to yourself—one deep breath at a time.

Our children are growing up in a world filled with more stimulation than ever before.
More stimulation.
More noise.
More demands.
And while we often talk about rest as something we need after we've become exhausted, what if rest is actually something we practice?
In our home, bedtime isn't just about sleep.
It's about creating moments of stillness.
A warm bath.
A bedtime story.
A familiar routine.
A chance to slow down before the day comes to an end.
Over time, Rooted Mist quietly became part of that ritual for our family.
Not as a quick fix.
Just one more way to create space for a deep breath, a calmer evening, and a moment to return to ourselves.
Because sometimes the most supportive thing we can teach our children is how to rest before they reach their breaking point.

One of the most common questions I get is:
"Where do I apply Rooted Mist?"
There isn't one perfect place.
Start where your body needs support most.
• Feet before bed
• Neck and shoulders during stressful days
• Legs and calves after physical activity
• Lower abdomen during times of tension
The goal isn't perfection.
The goal is creating small moments of support throughout the day.
Your body doesn't need a complicated routine.
Sometimes it just needs a starting point. 🌿

For the ones carrying too much...
This is your reminder to pause.
Take a deep breath.
Drop your shoulders.
Unclench your jaw.
Come back to yourself.
🤎
I’m not gonna lie, my version of a reset don’t always look like a full routine.
Sometimes it’s literally just slowing down, taking care of my body, and not doing too much.
And that’s enough for me.
I used to ignore how my body felt and just try to push through everything.
Now I be paying attention to the small stuff more…
like when I feel tight, overwhelmed, or just off.
That usually tells me more than my thoughts do.
