Love spending time with family even during one of the saddest times in a long time. Time is too short to hold on to anger. Over the years, Iβve realized how important it is to keep the ones you love close because you never know what could happen. My Aunt Monica was truly a blessing to us all. Iβll miss her happy and loving energy. Thank you for being such a big part of my life. We love you and will miss you everyday π₯Ήπ«Άπ½π rest easy Tia π₯²

What yβall training today? I did some shoulders and abs πͺπ½β€οΈ love how my shoulders are looking ππ₯°.
Tried lunging my boyfriend πππ that man too heavy π€¦π½ββοΈπ
Ab work with the ππ I have a love/hate relationship with itππ 3x15-20 each exercise 1 min for the plank. .

Donβt let anybody tell you that you canβt achieve your dreams. Everyone will doubt you but the only thing that matters is YOUR MINDSET. stay focused, keep grinding, and NEVER have self doubt. πͺπ½
Can only do 2 pull ups but when I first started I couldnβt even do 1! Progress. Strive for it daily. My goal is to get to 10 pull-ups ππ½ Iβll continue to work on it along with the other goals that I have β€οΈ thank you for the video and for working out with me πͺπ½
