It has been brought to our attention that one of our nail technicians made an inappropriate comment on Facebook regarding the recent protests across our nation. At Rustic Roots, we have no room for racism and discrimination. The police department has been made aware of the situation, as well as cut ties with this technician . Her comments are in no way what we at Rustic Roots believe. We welcome everyone at our business and believe that we all are equal and deserve our utmost respect.

Edit: Please know, Leighann is our other nail tech and she is NOT affiliated with the other nail tech who made the comment.

Tomorrow is the big day that we all have been waiting for!! We are so excited to see you all and wanted to say thank you from the bottom of our hearts for being patient and understanding through this unforeseen situation .

Here are some things we ask of our clients to try keep you guys, ourselves, and our families as heathy as possible.

Wear your mask during the duration of your service.

Don’t bring any other guest with you during your appointment.

Wash your hands upon arrival.

Remain in your car until we text or come get you to come in, to ensure each station is properly sanitized before next guest arrives.

Only bring in your wallet, keys, and phone.

Please continue to be patient with us as we navigate our new normal.

Everyone is curious if we will be opening the salon back up since Madison county has passed to reopen businesses despite the states orders, however, we’re licensed by the state, not the county. If for any reason they wanted to fine us or take our license away, they would be able to do that. Unfortunately we are not going to take that risk. We are sadden to have to make that decision to protect our livelihood, our families, and our clients. I hope everyone can respect our decisions. Hopefully in the upcoming weeks we can reopen with less fewer worries. We miss you all so much ❤️
