• Create a sustainable self-care routine you can use at home

This is not a workout class. It’s a supportive space to unwind, move gently, ask questions, and learn how to care for your body between massage appointments.

First and foremost, I want to thank each of you for your trust, loyalty, and support over the past four to five years. It has been an honor to be part of your wellness journey, and I am incredibly grateful for the relationships I have built through this work and within our community.

As many of you know, I have dedicated years to growing both personally and professionally while continuing to provide the highest quality care possible. Throughout that time, I have worked hard to keep my services accessible and have often made exceptions or offered discounted rates when I could.

After much reflection, I have realized that in order to sustain my practice, continue serving my clients at the level they deserve, and honor the value of the work I provide, it is time to establish clear and consistent pricing for all sessions.

Effective July 1, 2026, my massage rates will be:

• 30 Minutes — $50
• 60 Minutes — $100
• 90 Minutes — $150
• 120 Minutes — $200

These rates will apply to all clients and appointments moving forward. The only exception will be any current seasonal promotions that are specifically advertised.

This change has been a long time coming and represents an important step in the growth of my business. Learning to establish healthy boundaries, value my time and expertise, and create consistency within my practice has been an ongoing journey. My commitment to providing exceptional therapeutic bodywork remains unchanged, and I look forward to continuing to support your health and wellness for years to come.
