Policy changes & 2024 Price Increase

Policy changes (effective immediately):
I have been experiencing and alarming amount of Cancelations and No-shows. In light of this I have been forced to make a few adjustments to my scheduling, late, cancelation, and no-show policies.

Scheduling policy:

All appointments must be booked online at: https://c-100550.square.site/ .

All services require a Non-refundable Deposit to book.

All services, excluding corrective color, have a 7 day period for Adjustment* or Re-do** available at no extra charge. We do not offer refunds under any circumstance.

Late policy:

10 mins after the scheduled time, you will be contacted via text to remind you of your appointment. After 15 minutes your appointment will be canceled and you will be considered a no-show.

Cancelation policy:

To cancel your appointment we require a minimum of 24hrs notice. We offer a 7-day grace period to reschedule from the date of the original appointment. Failure to notify 24hrs in advance or the inability to reschedule within the grace period will result in the loss of your deposit.

No-Show policy:

No-call/no-shows will not be extended the 7-day rescheduling grace period. They will lose their deposit. After the 3rd offense they will nolonger be allowed to book with Crystal Cut and Color.

2024 PRICE INCREASE

Below is a list of services, their descriptions and their current price next to the new 2024 price. If there is a service that isn't listed there will be no price increase for that service.

2023 2024

Buzz cut: $15.................$16
-Clipper only cut with up to two guard lengths.

Basic Haircut: $32................$33
-Dry cut, clipper fade, color add-on, buzz design.

Premium Haircut: $42................$43
-Precision Haircut, Includes wash, blow dry and basic style.

Traditional Color: $65hr.............$66hr
- All over color, Color Root touch up, Grey coverage, Color blocking. Includes hot tool style.(Requires Color consultation appointment for new clients.)

Lightening: $75hr............$76hr
- Highlights, Blonding, lifting, Platinum includes OLAPLEX, and hot tool style. (Requires Color consultation appointment for new clients. E-consultatiom for returning clients.)

Vivid Color: $85hr............$87hr
-Grey/Silver color, Neon, Vivid, Pastel, Fashion Colors, Includes OLAPLEX and hot tool style.
(Requires Color consultation appointment for new clients. E-consultatiom for returning clients.)
