Women's self care circle this Tuesday! The theme this month is Rooted in Gratitude. We’ll settle in with a gentle meditation, a little journaling, optional sharing, and a simple gratitude ritual to take home. Nothing formal, nothing fancy, just a warm room, tea, and space to be together.
You don’t need to be outgoing or “doing great.”
Just come as you are.
