My technique weaves together multiple modalities for a truly personalized experience. I typically start with a base of Swedish massage utilizing smooth flowy strokes, gradually transitioning to deeper tissue work as your body allows. Drawing inspiration from Thai massage, sports massage, assisted stretching, trigger point therapy, and fascial techniques.

My goal is to guide you into a state of deep relaxation, where your mind can unwind, allowing your body to follow. Rather than forcing muscles to release, I cultivate a calming environment and provide ultimate comfort, enabling your muscles to soften naturally and release tension. This approach allows me to work deeper, promoting healing as your body accepts my touch. My sessions aim to deliver profound relaxation while alleviating pain and discomfort.
