Looking for a gentle way to improve balance and reduce your risk of falls? Tai Chi for Arthritis and Falls Prevention begins July 13 and is offered Mondays and Wednesdays from 8:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m.
This free program welcomes participants of all ability levels, with both seated and standing options available.
