This 17 year old male underwent Gynecomastia surgery which involved excision of retro-areolar breast tissue through a hidden incision around the ni**le and Liposuction of the chest wall. •4 months post-procedure and the patient is extremely happy with his results and he is no longer self conscious about his body.

Another amazing result after Right Lower Lip Reconstruction. •This patient had a large defect of the Vermillion and Red/White Roll. •Advancement flaps were performed to obtain a flawless result. •Results shown are 5 Months post-op.

This 79 year old female has most of her lower lip excised for skim cell carcinoma. •The patient underwent advancement flaps to restore her functionality, and also to maintain the anatomic landmarks of the lip. •Four months postop she’s happy with the results and has no issues with eating or talking.

This gentleman had a large defect of his left nasal ala. •This is a tough location for reconstruction due to the minimal amount of tissue laxity, exposed nasal cartilage and chance of external nasal valve collapse. •A crescent advancement flap was designed to reconstruct this defect. •Post op the patient not only had a great result, he had no trouble breathing and maintained anatomic symmetry of his nose!

This patient had a Moh’s defect of the left upper cutaneous lip. •Local flap reconstruction was performed and results shown are 5 months from the procedure. •The patient was very happy with her results.

This woman had a huge defect from a Mohs procedure of her right upper lip, which distorted her white roll and vermillion border. •A VY Advancement flap was performed to restore her lip anatomy and maintain her function. •Results shown are 7 months post-op.

This 39 year-old male had an aggressive cancer of the left forehead. He underwent Mohs resection and then repair with a flap. Results shown are eight months postop.

This 65 year-old female had a Mohs procedure which left her with a large defect of her left nasal tip• the patient underwent a staged, nasolabial flap and six months later has an excellent result without any breathing issues.
