Cancellation Policy Reminder

I am sending out a friendly reminder about our cancellation policy at Indie and Iris. Any appointment cancelled in the 24-48 hour time frame will result in a fee of 50% of the services scheduled. Any appointment cancelled less than 24 hours prior will result in a fee of 100% of the services scheduled. As most of you know, I am booked roughly 8-10 weeks out. This policy is in place so that I am able to fill these time slots with someone who has been waiting to get in. I greatly appreciate your support and understanding!

CANCELLATION POLICY REMINDER

Change in Schedule!

Beginning August 2022, I will have a set schedule each week. My new hours will be:

Monday: 10am - 5:30pm
Tuesday: 10am - 7pm
Wednesday: 10am - 5:30pm
Thursday: 10am - 5:30pm
Friday: 10am - 2pm

If you already have appointments scheduled that fall outside of these new business hours, they will stay the same. All appointments scheduled for the future will be scheduled accordingly!
With this being said, it’s so important to PREBOOK your appointments! Please reach out with any questions or if you’d like to get scheduled.
