It's been a while since I posted...lots of life events that were good and bad. However, the left photo showed up in my memories today. The changes in my body and my spirit are incredible to me

Had my 1 year follow up with bariatrics today. "Your weight is perfect." I can go up 5lbs or down 5lbs. Dr said he was super proud of journey!!! It's been a long hard year, but I too am proud.

Just shy of 10 months!!! Finally starting to see changes in my arms from lifting!!!

From 4x/5x to a medium. 9 months and 200+ lbs down. Happy tears!!

One of the most exciting parts of this journey is the change in my daughter. My biggest goal was to become healthy to be a more active and healthier mom. Serenity has learned to work out and enjoys it. I can't even sneak out for a run alone hahah. She hears me getting ready and appears in her own workout clothes ready to go. She joins me for cardio, resistance, yoga, and anything else (no weights she's too young). It fills my heart to see her develop these habits now. Genetically she is prone to obesity and is on the heavier side now, but hopefully by example she will be able to learn and maintain a healthy lifestyle. This makes me so happy and proud!!

Today's Non-scale victory: Fitting in "one size fits all" clothing. I used to just laugh at that and shake my head like yeah ok!!! Exciting!! I have lost 200 lbs!!! Finally in a happy place along this journey. I have had ups and downs ALOT, but things are leveling out and with an amazing team of specialists I'm becoming the best version of me!!

Me and doberdork ran in the rain!! So freeing... I loved it!! 3 miles and a boxing workout....let's get these muscles built!!!
