Beautiful Day Yoga

After leading yin this evening, I saw loads of snails...there were so many. Snail is my least favorite yin pose. I felt led to put it in the sequence today, but I didn't. It is an uncomfortable space to be in, and I leaned into an opening sequence instead. Not sure what the message is, but symbolically and spiritually snails symbolize determination, patience, slow, steady progeess and balance...so...now working on my snail pose...and yes, it is uncomfortable, but so good...
