“What should I exfoliate with?”🤨

🌵Dry Brush: Is used to slough off dead skin on dry skin before the shower. Total body everyday is perfectly fine. Stroke toward the heart on legs, arms & thighs. Use small light circles on the bikini area.
Then you’re ready to shower!
🧤Exfoliating Gloves: Perfect for the entire body just like dry brushing, only now apply your body wash/soap of your choosing. On the bikini area apply your Bush Balm or PFB and scrub in circular motion. 2-3x a week preferably. These two products protect against ingrowns while treating them. Remember to be gentle! No harsh scrubbing! (2 separate pairs are ideal)

I’m obsessed! It is an acid & it can burn you! BECAREFUL. I use this on my inner thigh, knees and elbows for hyperpigmentation. 2x a week until you’ve learned how your skin reacts with it. Use with bare hands or soft wash cloth only!

Perfect for double cleansing, makeup removal, acne and oily skin. I swear by this cleanser. This is one of the main questions I receive and I will always recommend starting with them first!
Apply a dime sized amount with a splash of water, sing “Happy Birthday” to yourself twice as the cleanser foams up. Pat dry with clean towel and moisturize accordingly. Try it for two weeks and thank me next time you see me🫶🏾
