Jimmy T. will lead a Walking Meditation this Sunday, June 13, 2021, at 9am in the Greensboro Arboretum. The group meets every Sunday, and walks slowly and quietly together for a 30-45 minutes... Greensboro yogis, please join me this coming Monday, June 7, 2021, at 6pm at Club Fitness Green Valley...
