✨ Appointment & Cancellation Policy Update ✨
Hey everyone! As many of you know, the salon is currently open four days a week, so appointment spots are limited and tend to fill quickly. When an appointment is canceled at the last minute, it often leaves a gap that could have gone to another client who has been waiting for that time.
To keep things fair for everyone and make the best use of the time I have available behind the chair, the following policy will go into effect March 18th.
🌿 Rescheduling or Canceling
If you need to cancel or move your appointment, please provide at least 48 hours notice whenever possible. This allows me enough time to offer that spot to another client who may be hoping for an opening.
✨ Last-Minute Cancellations
Appointments canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled time may be subject to a 50% charge of the scheduled service.
✨ Missed Appointments
If an appointment is missed without notice, 100% of the scheduled service will need to be paid before booking another appointment.
✨ Running Late
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, I may need to reschedule your appointment depending on the service booked, and a late cancellation fee may apply.
✨ Life Happens
I absolutely understand that emergencies and unexpected situations come up. If something happens, please just reach out and communicate with me as soon as possible.
✨ A Quick Favor
If you know you need to make a change, please let me know as early as possible so I can offer that appointment to another client who may be waiting for an opening.
✨ Booking Confirmation
Booking an appointment confirms that you understand and agree to this policy.
