Happy Monday!

I've got a few important announcements that have been in the making for awhile now.

1: Greensboro Inclusive is expanding!

Starting tomorrow, my new office location in Durham, NC will officially be open.

It's been a little bit over a year now since I first launched Greensboro Inclusive. It started with just me, my car, and a massage table. I had no idea then what it would grow into over time.

Now we have two office locations and a coaching program. I couldn't be more thankful for all your support and choosing to work with me. It truly means the world.

To celebrate the new office, new and existing clients will receive $50 off of their 1st appointment at the new location from now until the end of April.

Use the code "Durham50" when booking for leave it in the "reason for booking" section when checking out.

The Durham location will be available on Tuesdays, every other Thursday, and every Friday.

The Greensboro location will be available every other Thursday and every Sunday.

2: Name Change

Since it wouldn't make much sense to have a business named Greensboro Inclusive with an office location in Durham, I will be changing the name to Tucker Bryant Health.

3: Memberships are back!

If you are interested in receiving regular care and want to save some money, a membership could be a great option for you.

The details:

Memberships are month-to-month and can be canceled anytime (you won't be locked into any long-term commitments)

$115 for (1) 75-minute session a month ($10 off every 75 min session)

$130 for (1) 90-minute session a month ($20 off of every 90 min session)

You will receive the same discount for any additional sessions booked during the month

You have (4) months to use each credit before they expire.

Additional benefits to come as the program grows!

I'll be limiting these to around 15 at each location and will stop offering them when that limit is reached in order to ensure that there is enough availability each month for members to use their credit.

Woohoo!! Launch day is finally here and I couldn’t be more excited.

Not going to lie, this is an emotional experience for me.

Coaching has improved my life so much, and I’m so excited to be able to offer the same.

I’ve been wanting to launch this coaching practice for over 5 years now, so it feels surreal to be actually doing it.

I could look back and wish that I had gotten started sooner, but honestly, I feel like the chaos of the past 5 years has been something of a master class in practicing what I’ll be teaching in the program haha.

And in the end, I know I’m making myself proud.

And that’s something worth doing , regardless of how long it takes.

The phrase ā€œIf you want it badly enoughā€ followed by whatever ending people add has always irked me. It’s just not really a helpful thing to tell someone who’s struggling to make a change.

If you’re really struggling with motivation for something you want to change, try taking a moment to reflect on why you want to do the thing in the first place.

When life happens, you move, get sick, have a stressful week, ect, connecting what you want to do to a deeper purpose or part of your identify can help us to more flexibly adapt to life and continue forward.

When you do this, your thought process starts to change.

You’re more likely to go for that walk after a long day because you know it helps you to feel your best.

It’s Friday and you haven’t been to the gym all week and won’t hit your goal. You go anyways instead of waiting until Monday because you like feeling strong in your body, and even going once matters.

Try it out with something you’ve been struggling with getting back to and see what changes

Me: ā€œI want to have a peaceful morning.ā€

Also me: Keeps ā€˜Radar’ as my alarm and wakes up like I’m in a movie disaster scene.

Yesterday, I sent out an email to my newsletter subscribers with a few tips on how to make your mornings better. One of my top suggestions for clients who are trying to get up earlier is to make their mornings more enjoyable.

If you dislike the first thing you do in the morning, you’re much more likely to hit the snooze button a few (or several) times.

Take a couple of minutes to change your alarm sound to something that still stands out, but is way more pleasant than ā€œRadarā€ (which, let’s be honest, almost anything is).

iPhone users: I personally recommend ā€œScavenger.ā€
