Sometimes it is very easy to get discouraged or stay consistent when you feel like you are not seeing the results in the time frame you'd like. Losing weight is hard and takes times. That's why it's best to consider this journey a lifestyle change and not a diet. It's going to take more than a week to get the results you want. It may even take a little longer than you expected. However you just need to push through, stay positive and stay consistent. Just like you didn't gain all the weight overnight the same is for losing it.
