A shout out to New Client Crissy McLure, made a virgin application of color appointment for my first appointment of the day, a 2 hr. Service minimum who did not have the decency to cancel her appointment when given a confirmation text @ 2:45 the day before. I speak for all self-employed people when I say… What an A** Hole thing to do, no matter the excuse! I hope other Salons and self-employed people take note.
