What a beautiful season this was 💜✨

More than games, it was a journey of connection, growth, and so many meaningful moments. Each girl, with her own light and her own special way, made this team something truly unique.

This team brought home one gold medal and two silver medals, and along the way, so much fun and happiness.

Through wins and losses, they experienced lessons, frustrations, resilience, and true team spirit. There were moments they got frustrated with each other and moments they felt proud of one another, and through it all, they kept showing up and continued striving to improve.

We were there for every moment, supporting, comforting, cheering, and most of all, believing in each one of our girls. At times we probably had a few mini heart attacks and definitely lost our voices cheering for them and we never stopped believing.

Watching these athlets grow in confidence, strength, and togetherness was simply special.

A special thank you to the coaches for guiding them with dedication, and to all the families for creating such a positive and supportive environment for our girls.

Grateful, full heart… and already missing this team 💜🏐🌱

Branco Silêncio

O outono chega macio,
como quem pousa os pés descalços
no algodão da terra.

O campo respira leveza
floresce em branco, como um suspiro
da terra em calma respiração.

É como se as nuvens do céu pousassem pertinho de nós,
tocando o chão com ternura.

Beleza singela que descansa os olhos
no apreciar, sentir e alegrar.
Tudo é vida que respira em um único som,
um convite suave a apenas ser.

Onde o silêncio floresce, a alma respira.

Sentir Yoga 🕊️🪷 inspiração

🌅✨ um tanto poética…
No entardecer do dia, entre o sol e o mar,
deixei que o corpo falasse em silêncio.
Sentei em escuta,
como pede o Hatha Yoga:
com firmeza e suavidade,
com intenção e entrega.

O sol aquecia por fora,
o prana fluía por dentro.
Cada respiração era um gesto de equilíbrio
entre o que pulsa e o que silencia.

🧘🏽‍♀️
Ha — a energia solar, ativa, vibrante.
Tha — a energia lunar, receptiva, tranquila.
Em mim, as duas dançavam
como as ondas dançam a luz do entardecer.

Ali, pratiquei.
Não posturas perfeitas,
mas presença real.

✨ Cada respiração era um lembrete:
Eu não controlo as ondas;
Mas posso escolher como me posiciono diante delas.

🌊
Hatha Yoga é isso:
o encontro da alma com o corpo,
do céu com a terra,
do agora com o eterno,
Da essência com a verdade.
