As of tomorrow, after over 3 years with us, we will be losing Ashley Collins as a salon manager. We are sad to see her go, as she has been a great part of our family for so long! We are very happy to welcome Anna Forsythe on board as our new manager and we feel that she will be a great addition to our team!

This is incredible. Sometimes we only need someone to believe in us enough to remind us of our own strengths! I see this (on a smaller scale) on a daily basis -- its amazing how a physical transformation can allow us to finally take that step mentally and emotionally. When looking for the best products for your hair, keep in mind that companies spend a ton of money on research and development! So when you choose the product you think is best, use the same shampoo, conditioner and styling products, made by the same company for maximum results!

When static electricity gets so heavy in your hair, it's good to control it with a shine serum or smoothing cream.

To help minimize the static electricity in your hair, use a fabric softener sheet -- rub it through your hair from root to end, and it should fix the problem!

When moving to a new area, the one thing a woman hates to do is look for a new stylist. The best way to find one is to ask someone whose hair you like. Anyone likes a compliment!

When you are in your stylist's chair, ask them about your facial shape and bone structure, and why a style would or would not look fabulous on you. If they can't give you a comforting answer... you may want to consider looking for a new stylist.

Many people think that using flat irons and curling irons destroy the hair because of the heat. That is partially true. The majority of damage comes from not using styling products. Smoothing creams and mild gels work great for flat ironing, while firmer gels and mousse are better for curling the hair. Mild to strong gels are best for blow drying the hair straight with lots of fullness.
