Hello friends!

As many of you know, I’ve been struggling with my health lately. I am having a lot of trouble keeping up with my current workload. I frequently end up having to reschedule appointments because my body just can’t keep up. As much as I wish it wasn’t necessary, I am going to have to cut my hours back at Moonchild to three days a week. It’s what my body can handle right now, to be the best stylist I can be and give every guest the best experience possible.

To be able to still pay my bills and keep up with inflation, effective July 1st I will be increasing my prices by 10% for cuts and 15% for color. I completely understand if the price increase and schedule change no longer work for some of y’all. I am happy to refer you to another stylist that fits your schedule/budget, and provide them with whatever notes, formulas, and photos I have for you. Ultimately, I just want my beloved Moonchild guests to be taken care of no matter who’s chair they’re in.

For the time being my books will be closed to new clients to better serve my current clients. If you are a new client and have an appointment currently booked you’re still locked in! This only applies to new clients making new appointments.

Due to rapidly rising Covid cases in the upstate, I am once again requiring masks for all guests until further notice. Even though I’m vaccinated, I am on immunosuppressants so it’s important for me to take precautions. Please remember for your appointment that a mask with ear loops is much easier to work around than one that secures behind the head. If you do not bring a mask with you, I am happy to provide you with one💜
