Nobody inspects a bridge after it’s already collapsing. They inspect it on a schedule, long before there’s any visible sign of failure.

Most people wait for the joint pain, the diagnosis, the moment something already gave out. By then the inspection isn’t preventive. It’s damage control.

The lifters who avoid that timeline aren’t the ones with better genetics. They’re the ones who started the maintenance schedule before they needed it.

If you’re hypermobile, you don’t get to skip this step. Your structure was built without the same built-in reinforcement, which means the reinforcement has to be trained in.

Follow me if you’re ready to stop waiting for the collapse to justify the maintenance.

Nobody actually cares if it’s natural. They care if it’s easy to police.

HRT and TRT come with oversight and responsibility. Drinking to survive your own life comes with neither, and it gets a toast instead of a warning.

A coach who sees your potential will ask more from you than you expect to give. That discomfort isn’t a red flag. It’s the requirement for growth.

The uncomfortable rep is where the potential lives. The coach who makes you take it is the one worth listening to.

Save this for the person who refuses to let you stay small.

DM READY if you’re looking for a coach like that.

Sweat measures effort. It doesn’t measure strength. You can sweat for twenty years and still not know what your muscles are capable of under real load.

Stretching lengthens tissue. It doesn’t stabilize a joint that already moves too far. A hypermobile body needs tension, not more range.

Heavy isn’t the risk. Undertrained tissue meeting daily load without warning is the risk. Progressive strength is what teaches your body its actual limits, on your terms, before life tests them for you.

You own more recovery tools than you have workouts logged this month. The percussion gun sits next to the foam roller. The foam roller sits next to the compression boots. The compression boots sit next to the sauna blanket, which you use after your cold plunge.

None of them are optional in your routine. The actual lifting is. Recovery only works when there is something to recover from. Progressive overload is the input.

You’re perpetually “recovering” what you never loaded in the first place.

Save this before you buy another recovery tool and count how many training sessions earned it.

For real, your Amazon cart has more progression than your workouts.
