Why in-home massage?

In-home massage is glorious! Seriously. You don't have to drive anywhere. You don't have to worry about being late, or getting there early. No sitting in traffic. No bad weather.
Then, once you are nice and relaxed, you get to stay home, and not worry about driving *back* home! It's great.
It's lovely for anyone, but especially
-a mom with kids! So much less planning to get a massage at home. I can come during naps, at bedtime, when your husband is home, or even bring childcare with me!
-during pregnancy! Beginning of pregnancy when you feel sick and don't want to go anywhere; middle of pregnancy when you feel great, but don't want to go anywhere; end of pregnancy, when you're uncomfortable and don't want to go anywhere 🤣 I bring everything to you. You don't even have to clean! It's a win win.
-our elderly can really benefit from massage, and in-home massage is a great option for them to get the care they need.

As a massage therapist, touch can reduce and relieve pain, anxiety, and depression. It can promote healing and restful sleep. 💆🏻
For infant massage, touch is communication and promotes bonding. 👶🏻
Touch can comfort and defeat loneliness! It encourages connection. For people who were abused or have experience with negative touch, massage can be an extremely healing introduction to safe touch.
