To help protect my time and ensure appointment availability for all guests, Inner Beauty Hair Studio will now require a deposit for select appointments and larger services at the time of booking.

Over the past several months, I have experienced an increase in no-shows, last-minute cancellations, and declined cards on file. As a small business, these situations have a direct impact on my salon and me as your service provider who reserves dedicated time for each guest.

Deposits are non-refundable and will be applied toward the scheduled service. In the event of an emergency, the deposit may be transferred and applied to a future service if the appointment is rescheduled within three months of the cancellation date.

I understand this is a change, and I sincerely appreciate your understanding and cooperation as I implement this policy. My goal is to continue providing exceptional service while protecting my schedule and livelihood.

I would also like to extend a heartfelt thank you to my loyal guests who consistently respect my policies, arrive for their appointments, and continue to support my business. Your trust, kindness, and support mean the world to me, and I am truly grateful for each and every one of you.

Thank you for helping me create the best possible experience for our guests and myself. I look forward to continuing to serve you with the care and attention you deserve.
