Our wonderful Montana week ended crazy. First flight delayed. After running To the total opposite end of airport missed second flight. No more to GSP till 2 days later. Then sent us to Chicago with a 9 hour layover ( some slept , some no sleep in Chicago airport) to board a 7:15 am flight to GSP. No help , customer service girl just said sorry and sighed. We asked for a free flight, hotel food anything nope nothing. All food places closed the 9 hours we are here. Very disappointed in United.
