We’ve hit the 2 week mark! I leave for Italy November 15th and I’ll be gone until December 2nd so please please book your appointments now , 11/12 is already filled up. Making yourself a priority is not selfish. I can’t even tell you how many women I know who will put everyone else’s needs ahead of their own, thinking that to take care of themselves first is wrong and selfish. There is a common observance I have made though. The women who prioritize themselves are not only happier but are able to be better friends, lovers, partners, mothers because they don’t feel like they’re running on empty.
