✨ Important Booking Policy Update ✨

To continue protecting the time of our team and availability for our guests, effective immediately, a deposit will now be required when booking appointments at Meraki & Co. Salon & Spa.

Unfortunately, we have experienced a significant increase in no-shows, last-minute cancellations, and declining cards on file. As a small business, these situations directly impact not only our salon, but the service providers who reserve time specifically for each guest.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and truly appreciate your understanding as we implement this change to better protect our team, our schedules, and the guest experience as a whole.

We also want to give a heartfelt THANK YOU to the many loyal guests who consistently respect our policies, show up for their appointments, and continue to support our business. Your trust and support mean more than you know, and we are incredibly grateful for each of you. 🤍

We’re excited to share that we are simplifying and elevating our salon menu at Meraki & Co. to create a more seamless, stress-free booking experience for our guests.

Over the next few weeks, you’ll begin seeing updated service names, refreshed packages, and more consolidated booking options designed to make choosing the right appointment easier than ever, while still delivering the customized luxury experience you know and love. 🤍

We are tailoring things to better consolidate our menu options, eliminate confusion, and simplify the booking process for both our guests and our team.

Going forward, our menu will transition into package pricing, allowing us to create a more inclusive and transparent salon experience. All color services will now include your haircut and styling experience within the package so you can enjoy a more seamless appointment from start to finish. ✨

Our goal is simple:
• Easier online booking
• Less confusion when selecting services
• More customized luxury experiences
• Better consistency for our guests and stylists
• Clearer pricing with more value included

Please note:
Any appointments currently pre-booked will remain exactly as scheduled and will not be affected until July 1st, 2026.

This update does not affect our independent contractors as they set their own pricing and services.
