Being a barber has taught me something a lot of people overlook:

People don’t just sit in the chair for a haircut.
They come in carrying stress, pressure, responsibility, exhaustion, goals, life changes… all of it.

Sometimes a cut is confidence.
Sometimes it’s therapy.
Sometimes it’s the reset someone needed that day.

As I continue building The Kairos Effect, I’m realizing this is bigger than owning a shop. I want to build an environment where people walk out feeling sharper mentally, emotionally, and physically than when they walked in.
