When I can’t sleep, I create. Hopefully this blend that I call Sleep Awaits will work its magic and I can get some much needed sleep! Oh, and the hibiscus infused honey makes this blend even better.

3 Daughter’s Apothecary is venturing into something new. This is the first of a collection of spice blends! This Anti-inflammatory blend is quite tasty and can be used in many ways. I love it on fish, chicken, veggies or just sprinkled on a salad. I dehydrate the majority of the herbs and they are small batched. They will sell out quickly, so let me know if you are interested.
