One of our officers saw this little guy late this afternoon running in traffic in the area of Burhans and Wesel Blvds. The officer was able to get him and put him in the cruiser. We weren’t able to locate the owner and he was turned over to the ASPCA. He may have slipped his collar, he seems friendly and generally well cared for. Give this a share and let’s reunite this pup with his family.

My son was on track, hitting those little milestones that light up your heart… and then, he wasn’t. It felt like something shifted overnight. His words slowed down.
