She has been a licensed massage therapist since January of 2024 and graduated from the Northern Virginia School of Therapeutic Massage. Rooted in the belief that the body has an innate ability to heal itself, she provides a sanctuary for relaxation and rejuvenation. Her mission is to create a holistic experience that balances the mind and body through intentional touch and specialized techniques. Val has extensive training and education in: Swedish massage, Sports massage, Orthopedic massage, Reflexology techniques, Cupping therapy, Hot Stone massage, Hydrotherapy, and Aromatherapy. She has a gentle, relaxing touch, with a healing mindset. Every treatment plan is tailored with care to the specific needs of the client so they can move and feel better every day.
