✨ I’m honored to share a little more of my story.
From surviving domestic violence and cancer, to losing 150 pounds, raising seven children, building businesses, and helping others reconnect with their own strength—I’ve learned that healing isn’t about becoming someone new.
It’s about remembering who you were before life convinced you otherwise.

The FitMinded Living Way believes that health extends beyond physical fitness alone. Mindful practices such as sound baths, meditation, breathwork, yoga, and intentional rest help support the nervous system, reduce stress, improve emotional regulation, and create opportunities for the body and mind to reconnect.
Sound baths, in particular, offer a unique opportunity to slow down, quiet mental noise, and experience deep relaxation. Many participants report feeling calmer, more grounded, sleeping better, and carrying a greater sense of balance into their daily lives.
We’re grateful to be part of a growing movement that recognizes there are many pathways to well-being, and that healing happens when communities come together to make those pathways accessible. ✨
